Description of Service
PinOps provides tools for Pinterest account connectivity, board management, campaign imports, scheduling workflows, publishing operations and activity monitoring.
Pinterest Accounts
Users are responsible for maintaining control of their Pinterest accounts and for ensuring that all content published through PinOps complies with Pinterest policies and applicable laws.
Acceptable Use
Users may not use PinOps for unlawful activities, spam, deceptive practices, unauthorized access attempts or any activity that violates Pinterest platform rules.
Availability
We strive to maintain reliable service availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may be modified, updated or discontinued at any time.
Limitation of Liability
PinOps is provided on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service if these Terms of Service are violated.
